That's why we're looking for a Senior Talent Partner who sees recruitment as more than filling roles. Someone who loves the challenge of finding exceptional people, influencing hiring decisions, and raising the bar with every search.
You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Creative, People, and other business-critical teams, hiring across LATAM, the US, Canada, and EMEA. You'll partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and at times, our CEO, helping us make hiring decisions that will define the future of our business.
This is a role with real ownership. We want someone who's curious, proactive and always thinking one step ahead. Someone who doesn't wait for problems to appear, but spots them early and comes to the table with ideas, solutions, and a new plan.
We're remote by design
Work from anywhere across Europe, LATAM or South Africa. We care much more about great work than where your desk is. We do ask that you're based in one of these regions so we have enough overlap to collaborate, solve problems together and keep moving quickly.
What you'll be doing
- You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from kick-off to offer acceptance, while creating an exceptional experience for every candidate and hiring manager along the way.
- You'll build sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, run high-quality interviews, negotiate offers and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver outstanding hires.
- We don't expect you to simply manage a process, but to influence it.
- If a role has been open for 30 days and the pipeline isn't where it should be, we don't want another update. We want your recommendation. Maybe it's the sourcing strategy. ot it's the interview process. or maybe the brief needs to change. We want someone who's confident enough to challenge the status quo and drive the conversation forward.
- You'll also play a key role in helping us continuously improve how we hire. We believe recruitment should evolve with the business, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and making things better.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who's as passionate about the craft of recruitment as they are about the outcome.
What You bring:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience hiring across multiple regions, ideally LATAM, the US, Canada, and EMEA.
- Experience recruiting across Marketing, Sales, Product, People, and other functions.
- Outstanding interviewing skills and the ability to identify potential beyond what's written on a CV.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced Boolean search, talent mapping and proactive outreach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers and challenge decisions when needed.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create great outcomes for both candidates and the business.
- Excellent ATS hygiene because organised recruitment is effective recruitment.
