As a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer at Designity, you will craft seamless digital experiences across websites, apps, and interactive platforms. From wireframing to final execution, you'll design intuitive user interfaces and optimize user experiences that blend creativity with functionality. Whether refining an eCommerce platform, structuring a marketing site, or designing a product, you’ll push boundaries while ensuring usability and performance. You will use AI-driven tools to refine layouts, streamline workflows, and enhance usability, while collaborating with top creatives and experienced Creative Directors to transform client visions into high-impact digital solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

‍

User Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Define and maintain user personas, scenarios, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Ensure all digital products follow best practices for accessibility and usability.
• Continuously analyze feedback and usage data to optimize the user journey.
  

User Interface (UI)

• Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, style guides, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive layouts and components that adapt across devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements, typography, and iconography across products.

Other

• Work with Creative Directors and creatives to strategise, refine, and implement feedback.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to create innovative, user-first digital experiences and stay ahead of industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both UX processes and UI design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
• Experience using AI-powered tools in your day-to-day work.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Big plus:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with no-code platforms.

COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $60,000+ USD
