Interviewing with Designity was one of the most interesting and innovative experiences I've had. They break with convention by reviewing work-product vs. resumes. In today's market, most people can apply for a job with the click of a button, but this one took a little more work. I almost didn't complete it, but I certainly am glad I did!


The Hiring Process

1. Interactive Application
We don't read resumes! Because we believe in getting to know you in a more effective way. We may also ask for a quick video to let you express yourself.

2.Intro Video Call
A member of the Careers & Community team will schedule a 15-30 minute video call to learn more about you and talk more about the Designity community.

3. Challenge Project
Because work product tells us more than words on a resume, we assign challenge projects so you can show off your skills needed for your prospective role.

4. Technical Interview
Have a chance to meet with one or more of the leaders to chat about the role and opportunity and talk through the Challenge Project you've completed.

5. Offer & Onboarding
Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3! Once you accept an offer, we celebrate! And then move you into our onboarding process to start your journey.
