A 2-week Trial Costs Us. Here's Why We Do It Anyway
Three Reasons the Trial Exists, and None of Them Are Marketing
We Understand the Hesitation
Every marketing leader we speak to has been burned by a creative partner before. The trial exists because we think you should be able to test the relationship before you commit to it. Why get married without dating first?
It Makes You a Better Client
When you have seen how we collaborate & communicate before you commit, you come into the partnership with the right expectations. No adjustment period. Just a team that already knows your brand.
It Signals our Confidence
We would not offer two weeks on your real briefs if we were not certain the model works. No upfront payment, no lock-in, and that's not a marketing tactic. Its us putting our model where our mouth is.

What Your 2-week Trial Actually Looks Like
From the Moment It Kicks Off to the Moment You Decide
Step 0 - Before the trial starts.
We match you with your core team: a Creative Director, Creative Project Manager, and dedicated Creatives aligned to your needs. Your kickoff gets everyone aligned on your brand, expectations, and first project. If needed, we’ll follow with a deeper Brand Strategy Call.
By day one, your team is ready to go.
Step 1 — The kickoff call. Your trial starts here.
You’ll meet with your Creative Director and Creative Project Manager, and sometimes your fixed creatives, to align on your brand, expectations, and how your team will work. If your first project is ready, you’ll start scoping it together on the call. Within 24 hours, your CD will share a project timeline for approval. Once approved, your team gets to work.

Step 2 - Week 1. The model in motion.
Your Creative Director interprets the brief, selects the right specialists, and directs the work. You don’t manage the creatives — we do. Your Creative Director reviews every asset against your brand standards before it reaches you.
At the end of week 1, your CD shares a short Loom explaining the work, key decisions, and what’s coming in week 2.
Step 3 - Week 2. The relationship deepening.
Your dedicated creative team knows your brand. Briefs move faster, direction gets sharper, and there’s less back and forth.
Midweek, your CD and CPM join you for an honest review of the work. At the end of the trial, you’ll get a full summary and creative perspective on your brand. Then, you decide what’s next.

FAQ

Not exactly. There’s no upfront payment or credit card details required to start, but if you decide to continue with Designity after the two weeks, the trial period is included in your first month’s fee. If you decide not to continue, you pay nothing. That’s why we call it a 2-week trial with no upfront payment, rather than a free trial.

Yes. Everything created during your 2-week trial is yours, whether you continue with Designity or not. You retain full copyright ownership with no licensing restrictions, usage limits, or extra fees.

No. We don’t collect payment details when you start, so there’s nothing to charge automatically. Before your trial ends, your Creative Project Manager will walk you through your options. You decide whether to continue, with no automatic renewal and no surprise invoice.

Designity will match you with a Creative Director within 3 days of you completing your trial sign-up and collaboration forms. We’ll choose a Creative Director based on your brand, goals, and project needs.

Let your Creative Project Manager know, and we’ll rematch you with another Creative Director. We want you to have the right working relationship, not just the fastest match.

You get the full Designity experience: a dedicated Creative Director, Creative Project Manager, specialist talent across 100+ services, our Brand-Trained AI Agent, access to Miro and the collaboration portal, a mid-trial review call, and weekly Loom walkthroughs.

Yes. You’ll get the most value from your trial if your team has real work ready to go. Submit at least one active brief before your kickoff call so your Creative Director can start moving on it right away.

You can continue with the same Creative Director and move straight onto a flexible month-to-month plan. There’s no annual contract or long-term lock-in. Before your trial ends, your Creative Project Manager will walk you through the plan options and next steps.

Your Creative Project Manager is your go-to for timelines, process, and logistics, while your Creative Director leads the creative work. You can reach both anytime through the Designity collaboration portal.

Start with a real brief, share honest feedback, and use your kickoff to give your Creative Director a clear understanding of your brand, goals, and expectations. Then give them room to bring their expertise to the work. With real projects to tackle, two weeks gives you a strong sense of how the Designity model works for your team.
