As our Digital Marketing Expert, you’ll lead marketing audits for a wide range of clients and turn complex performance data into clear, practical strategies. You’ll evaluate everything from SEO and paid media to content, email, and social - then build structured roadmaps that help brands improve results, sharpen positioning, and grow with confidence. You’ll also bring AI-powered tools into the mix to boost automation, improve targeting, and uncover deeper insights as the digital landscape evolves.

Your role:
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing audits across SEO, paid media, content, email, and social
- Evaluate multi-channel performance and identify quick wins and long-term opportunities
- Create structured, actionable marketing roadmaps clients can actually execute
- Assess website and SEO health, including technical SEO, UX, and site performance
- Review and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for efficiency and impact
- Improve content and email strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and retention
- Benchmark competitor activity to uncover growth gaps and positioning opportunities
- Apply AI-powered marketing tools to support automation, personalization, and reporting
- Translate analytics into clear recommendations for both marketing teams and executives
- Partner with internal Creative Directors and teams to align strategy with strong execution
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to keep clients ahead
What you bring:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, consulting, or performance marketing
- Strong experience auditing and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs
- Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, content marketing, email, and funnel strategy
- Confidence with analytics and insight tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and similar platforms
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Persado, Phrasee, or similar)
- Ability to connect performance data to real business outcomes and practical next steps
- Excellent client-facing communication skills - you can simplify complex ideas without dumbing them down
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort working across multiple projects and stakeholders
- A strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach to optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
As we partner closely with clients across the U.S., we ask for at least 6 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to make collaboration easy and effective
