B2B Sales - Account Executive

As a B2B Sales - Account Executive at Designity, you will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our client base. You’ll engage with prospective clients, conduct demo calls, handle objections, and close deals. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and personalization in the sales process. By driving these efforts, you will directly contribute to growing Designity’s client base and strengthening long-term partnerships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct virtual demo calls, effectively communicate Designity’s value, and address objections with confidence.
- Guide prospects through a consultative sales process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize outreach, personalize follow-ups, and improve lead nurturing.
- Analyze sales data and AI-generated insights to refine messaging and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track progress in CRM tools, and continuously improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends in marketing, design, and AI-driven sales tactics.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital product sales, preferably in a subscription-based business or creative agency.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered sales tools for automation, lead tracking, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—confident, concise, and persuasive.
- Experience managing structured follow-up processes and working effectively with inbound leads.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
