FAQ
You can refer any qualified candidate for any open role at Designity. This includes creatives, creative directors, project managers, and internal team members across all departments. Referrals should be new to Designity and not currently in our hiring process. Final eligibility is determined by Designity based on the Referral Program Terms.
Just fill out the referral form on this page with your candidate’s name, email, and any relevant information. Once submitted, our team will review the referral and contact them directly if there’s a potential fit.
A successful hire is a referred candidate who:
- Completes the interview and hiring process,
- Is officially hired by Designity, and
- Remains employed for at least 180 consecutive days.
Final qualification is determined by Designity according to the Referral Program Terms.
You’ll earn a $2,000 reward, issued as a Visa gift card or similar, for every referral who is hired and completes 180 of employment.
Rewards are issued as Visa gift cards or equivalent payment methods, depending on availability.
Designity verifies all rewards and pays them out within 7–14 business days after your referral completes their first 180 days of employment with Designity.
