As an Event Manager at Designity, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of in-person and virtual events that elevate brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and deepen relationships across the creative and marketing industries. From high-profile conferences and sponsorships to Designity hosted experiences, you’ll own the full event lifecycle.

This role is pivotal to our brand and demand generation efforts, ensuring every event drives meaningful engagement, accelerates pipeline growth, and reinforces Designity’s leadership in the category. You’ll also use AI powered tools to personalize experiences, optimize event promotion, and enhance post-event analysis at scale.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute a strategic event roadmap aligned with marketing, demand generation, and brand visibility goals
• Research and evaluate high impact industry events (conferences, expos, summits) for sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities
• Plan and manage Designity led experiences, including VIP dinners, creative workshops, roundtables, and webinars
• Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, contracts, catering, AV setup, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events via email campaigns, paid media, social content, and influencer outreach
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to align event strategy with lead capture and pipeline acceleration goals
• Manage attendee communications, invitations, RSVPs, and guest experience to ensure strong participation and engagement
• Work with leadership to secure speaking opportunities and develop presentations, speaker decks, and event scripts
• Ensure all event branding and messaging align with Designity’s positioning, tone, and broader campaign goals
• Use AI powered tools for audience targeting, promotion timing, personalization, and post-event performance analysis
• Conduct post event evaluations, analyze success metrics, and support sales and marketing follow-up to maximize ROI

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of experience managing B2B events, conferences, or experiential marketing programs
• Proven track record of executing both in-person and virtual events from planning through reporting
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail across vendors, timelines, and budgets
• Experience working cross functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
• Familiarity with event platforms and tools for registration, communications, and engagement tracking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for guest outreach and speaker coordination
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, report on, and improve event performance
• Hands-on experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience using AI tools for event promotion, personalization, or analytics is a strong plus
• Ability to travel to the United States for event execution as needed
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and RSVP platforms such as Eventbrite
