Just log into your Designity client dashboard and you’ll find Brand Bot waiting, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, and ready to roll when you are. It’s included with every Designity plan, so you can start putting it to work as soon as you’re onboarded!

The number of Brand Bots living in your dashboard will depend on your Designity plan:

  • Plus Plan 1 Brand Bot
  • Premium Plan Up to 2. 
  • Custom Plan — As many as you need (go wild)

And if you decide to run multiple brands?

No problem. You can tack on an extra Bot anytime you want to with an Add-On (Don’t go too crazy though. We recommend one per brand so things don’t get messy).

Step 1: Teach It Your Ways

You can’t expect greatness without a little groundwork.

Before your Brand Bot can start giving you perfectly on-brand content, it needs to get to know you. 

And that starts with a montage-worthy training session.

To get things rolling, you’ll just need to fill out a simple collaboration form — either during your onboarding or anytime if you’re already a client. It’ll ask you for your brand’s deets, your tone of voice, your messaging must-haves, your color palette, your “no-we-don’t-use-Oxford-commas” brand rules.

The more you share, the better your Bot performs. Your team will handle the training. All you need to do is stay tuned.

Step 2. Give It Something to Do

Your Brand Bot is trained. Now it’s time to put it to work.
